Feedback has now closed.
Following a request made to Council by local residents and community
members, Council is inviting the community to participate in the review
of the speed zone between 716 and 850 Back Eildon Road, Eildon. We are
proposing the speed limit be reduced from 100 to 80 km per hour on this
1.5 km section of road. This will have a minimal impact on travel times
(approximately 14 seconds).
What's next?
The review process involves consultation with the community, Regional Roads Victoria and Victoria Police. Council will consider community feedback before any decision is made on the speed limit change and will provide an update to the Eildon community once the consultation period has closed.
