Tell us a little about where you volunteer?

I am on the committee at the Yea Community House, 2030 Yea and Land care. I also assist Yappers back stage.

How did you get into volunteering?

I feel it is important to support the community where you live.

What do you enjoy most about volunteering?

Being part of a team and making a difference. Also gaining knowledge and mental stimulation.

Is there anything you find challenging about volunteering?

Burn out trying to do to much because there is not enough people to share the load.

What would you tell someone who is thinking about volunteering?

Get involved in what you are passionate about.
